Understanding the intricacies of human biology requires the ability to capture and analyze the smallest details. At Xellar biosystems, our high-throughput, high-content data platform incorporates cutting-edge imaging technologies to enable comprehensive analysis of cellular and tissue-level responses within our organ-on-chip models.

We use high-content, lost cost, and rapid staining approaches to capture sub-cellular morphology. We then leverage fully automated high-resolution confocal microscopy to observe live cells for viability and treatment responses throughout the culture period, in addition to capturing detailed endpoint images of cells cultured in 3D environment. Together, our fully automated high-throughput imaging systems capture spatial and temporal information with exceptional clarity.

Our imaging platform integrates advanced image analysis algorithms and machine learning techniques to process and extract meaningful insights from the vast amount of imaging data generated. By quantifying morphological changes, cellular phenotypes, protein localization, and signaling dynamics, we gain a deeper understanding of the effects of drugs and interventions on human tissues.
